Proposing can be scary.
You want to make sure it's 'enough' and ticks all the right boxes.
Including charcuterie (also known as a grazing board), is a great option. Here's why.

Curing hunger with Smith's Chips might not do it this time. She could be on more diets than you can keep up with. Grazing boards provide flexibility and fit the many diets people are on: keto, carnivore (meat only), vegetarian (no meat), gluten free (what even is gluten?), pescatarian, halal, natural sugar only or no sugar at all, and the list goes on. But, a grazing board can keep all guests happy, no matter their quirky diet.

So what do you do? You didn't know bringing food to a proposal was smart but now it all feels overwhelming. Or, let's say you're proposing and you know you need food ready without suspiciously carrying it to the 'proposal spot'? Abide Event Co. can bring the food to your proposal location and provide an aesthetic pop-up picnic with professional photography and pack everything up to make your day stress free and propose in style.
If outsourcing proposal services is out of your budget, follow these steps instead.
Get three reliable friends and assign Friend 1 to set up a 'Marry me?' sign, plates, glasses, cutlery, blankets, cushions, fresh flowers and candles (don't light them). Assign Friend 2 to bring a mixture of cured meats, fruit, cheese, crackers and two beverages (perhaps a sparkly to celebrate?) Ask them to drop the food and drinks off at the proposal location around 15 minutes prior to proposing so food doesn't spoil. Assign Friend 3 to take photos from a hidden location. This is the triple 'whammy' of proposals: delicious food and drink, a beautiful set-up and photography to capture memories. All that's left to do is propose and get down on the correct knee (it's the left one)!
